Sip & Swap
Join us for an evening dedicated to swapping! You’ve worked hard creating the cutest gifts to share with new planner friends, so we have created the perfect evening to do just that... SWAP. So grab a beverage, put on a name tag on, and let the swapping begin!
We will provide you with an official Wandering Planners Sip & Swap bag to hold all of your swap goodies, a bar to quench your thirst, perfectly-made hors d'oeuvres, and eye-catching photo opportunities. We will also have “play stations” set up for you to try out some of the most trending planner techniques.
The real benefit of such a fantastic evening, besides the swag, swaps, and sips, is the friends you will make in the process. We are excited to put the spotlight on you with an evening to celebrate your creations with others.

Planner Playdate
Come join us for a Planner Playdate! What’s a Planner Playdate, you ask? It’s a fun “maker” experience for planners. Just imagine a planner meet-up but… bigger, better, and longer! So bring your friends and your planners, and we will provide you with plenty of space to get your planner groove on!
We have more in store for you too:
•A complimentary snack bar – Think of all the snacks you are going to need to keep those creative juices flowing while you are planning the day away. There will be sweet and salty offerings on hand because we all know… when those hunger pangs hit, you need a snack stat! We’ll also have a Keurig Coffee Machine available to keep you caffeinated for a long day of making.
•Play stations – They are as fun as they sound! We will have areas set up with planner tools and supplies for you to create with. Some tools are tried and true (the ones every planner keeps on hand) and some we will introduce you to. Try them all at one of our Play Stations... who knows you might discover your next favorite tool!
•A swag bag – Who doesn’t love swag? We love to give and so do our sponsors! We have worked with some of your favorite companies to put together an amazing collection of goodies especially for you.
Where else can you spend hours playing in your planners, snacking on yummy treats, learning from your favorite makers, shopping with a floor full of vendors, swapping with new friends, winning amazing prizes, and then take home a phenomenal swag bag all in one day? Nowhere! Our Planner Playdates are THE place to mingle and make—a perfect planner day!
Meet the Makers Workshops
You will be able to choose workshops taught by industry leaders in the planning community. Take one class or take ten, the choice is yours! You will have the chance to meet some of your favorite instructors up close and personal during the workshop. We will have classes ranging from the basics, to the most innovative techniques in the planning community. Come learn from one of your favorite... who knows you might even get a picture with them!
