DESCRIPTION: Calling All Planners! Join us for an evening dedicated to Swapping! You have worked hard creating the
cutest swaps to swap with other planners, and we have created the perfect evening for it! Bring 26 swaps and leave
with 25 swaps! Come sip on some drinks snack on some hors d'oeuvres and get your swapping on!
Sip & Swap includes a 9am Friday admission to shop the show room floor!
HOW MANY SWAPS: In order to participate you will need to bring 25 Swaps to exchange. But! For those of you that are
Extreme Planners...you will receive an email the week before the event with the final number of attendees. In the
mean time we expect this event will have about 40 Swapper's total.
WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO:
CHECKING IN: You are going to want to come early and enjoy the Shopping before the evening Sip & Swap! When you
placed your online order, you would have received a confirmation email. Please bring a copy of that email with your
Order Scan Code and check in at “Will Call”. Will Call is located on the main floor…just follow the signs. They will
process all your tickets, answer any questions you have and get you on your way for the day!

We will be serving the cutest little "Salad Martini's" for you to snack on.

Sip & Swap Beverages
We have arranged with onsite catering to offer a Cash Bar during the event so that you can wet your whistle
- $4.50 for Soft Drinks, Bottled Water, Sparkling Water and Juice
- $6.00 for Domestic Beer
- $7.00 for Premium Beer, House Wine by the Glass and Champagne
- $8.00 for Cocktails (the good stuff)

Your Sip & Swap Attendance includes a Free Admission ticket to the Stamp and Scrapbook Expo Show Floor. The show floor is packed full of vendors that carry products Planner Girls Will LOVE!
